Accountability
Meet with Izzy to hold you accountable to your goals and guide you on your journey to a healthy lifestyle. Check-in on a regular basis to assess where you’re at, where you’re going, and strategize how to avoid pitfalls or get back on track when life goes awry.
Personal Training
Work with Izzy in-person or virtually for an expertly crafted workout session. Learn the ins and outs of your workouts and how to progress, regress, or adapt them when necessary. Each session will push you to perform your best and ensure safe technique when exercising.
MEMBERSHIPS
