IzzyFit primarily caters to individuals in their 30s, 40s, and 50swo are looking for functional fitness that improves the quality of their life. The ideal client is someone looking to elevate their fitness, regain strength, or improve overall health through a balanced approach to exercise and nutrition.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DOES IZZY HAVE?
Izzy has been a fitness professional since 2018 and holds certifications in personal training, nutrition coaching, post-rehabilitation, functional aging, and arthritis fitness. She also holds 2 black belts in Tang Soo Do Karate and has experience in strength, mobility, and stability training.
CAN I TRAIN ONLINE WITH IZZYFIT?
Yes! IzzyFit offers online training through the IzzyFit Training App. Clients can access custom programs, track progress, and engage in virtual consultations.
WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE OR AM NEW TO FITNESS?
IzzyFit caters to all fitness levels, including beginners. Programs are customizable, and Izzy will work with you to build a routine that fits your experience and goals.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PROGRESS?
Progress tracking is available through the IzzyFit Training App, where you can monitor workout completion, set goals, and track fitness achievements. Izzy also offers accountability check-ins to help keep you on track.
