In-Person Personal Training
Work with Izzy in-person at your home, local gym with guest member access, or apartment/condo gym.
During an in-person session with Izzy, expect to learn and practice good form, push yourself more than you have before, address weaknesses, and provide support or supplemental exercises to adapt your workout in realtime.
Virtual Personal Training
Work with Izzy virtually through video call. Hold your virtual personal training session from your home or gym.
During a virtual personal training session, we will meet over video call at our scheduled time. You will need a place to workout and have your phone, tablet, or laptop setup so your trainer can view your form and coach appropriately. This is great for working out at home, in your home gym, your apartment/condo gym, or your local health club.
At IzzyFit, your personal training experience is designed with you at the center. Whether you're working out in-person or virtual, each session is crafted to move you closer to your long-term goals while respecting how you're feeling that day. Got a specific focus or concern? We’ll adapt on the fly to make sure you receive exactly what you need.

How to Sign Up
Book a call with Izzy or fill out a client application form to see if you are a good fit for desired services or learn about creating a custom program that fits your needs. Personal training is scheduled with your trainer. Together you will book your sessions. If you have a recurring service, you will have the same time reserved every session. If you are using a session package, you will book your sessions as you go or a few at a time (a recurring time is not guaranteed).
