After a complimentary Movement Assessment, she’ll design the ultimate fitness plan that aligns with your schedule, preferences, and aspirations. With Izzy's expertise and support, your custom program will help you achieve lasting results, keep you motivated, and ensure you're always progressing toward your personal best!

Add-on personal trading sessions to supercharge your workout programs. In-person or virtual. In the personal training sessions Izzy is looking at your form, posture, effort, intensity, and what areas need immediate attention, like injuries or other limitations.
Nutrition Consultation
Add-on a nutrition consultation to get an in-depth look at your food habits, work with Izzy to strategize healthy eating habits for you, and get your macro nutrients calculated by Izzy for a closer look at how to balance your nutrients to meet your goal based nutritional needs.
